Mrs. Uhrlaub is an exceptional educator whose passion for teaching shines through in everything she does. She goes above and beyond to not only deliver high-quality instruction, but to intentionally build meaningful, lasting relationships with her students. Rachel truly sees each child as an individual and works tirelessly to ensure every student feels supported, challenged, and valued.
Behind the scenes, Mrs. Uhrlaub is a data-collecting whiz—using student data thoughtfully and effectively to drive instruction and support growth. Her organization, expertise, and confidence make her a standout when it comes to running IEP meetings. She leads these meetings with professionalism, clarity, and compassion, ensuring collaboration and advocacy are always at the forefront.
