The Crazy 8s Math Club kids tackled the infamous handshake problem. If all 16 of them shook everyone's hand once, there would be 120 handshakes! (And they figured that out without having to complete 120 handshakes!)
There is a Booster Club meeting tomorrow evening 9/21 at 7pm. If you are interested in being a part of Booster Club, we would love for you to join us!
Way to go to our middle school and high school cross country runners for their meet in Lone Jack today! The teams had a season high 9 people medal and Jack Ewing took 1st overall in the middle school race!

Come join us tonight! Junior high volleyball will get us started at 5:00, followed by high school volleyball. Our always awesome Pep Band will be performing for the first time throughout the evening. And don't forget about the White Lies event going on! Let's have some fun and support these kids!

Dear Parents!
Fall is almost here and we are planning for fall parties in the elementary. We need parents to volunteer to create, plan and run a station in-person on Oct. 31. Once we get all the volunteers, we will email the volunteer station group with more info. Please include your email that you want us to share with the other parents in the group so that you can contact each other and make plans for your station. If you do not want us to share, please let us know how other parents can contact you. Communication and cooperation with other volunteers and the school will be needed to create a successful station and party for our students.
Our parties are times are split into two different groups:
The K-2 grade party will happen on Oct. 31 from 1:45-2:25.
The 3-6th grade party will happen on Oct. 31 from 2:30-3:10.
Please plan to be here 5 minutes before your station to set up and be ready when students arrive. You will need to sign in at the office and go to the multi. Your students’ class will meet you there. If you are taking your student home with you after the party in a car that night (instead of other regular transportation) please make sure you let your child's teacher know that morning.
This is not a supply sign up. When you and your station team have planned your game or activity your group can let us know what supplies you need and we will request supplies in another sign up.
If you are able to help please complete this sign up ASAP (no later than Friday 9-22-23) so we can begin planning and gathering supplies.

Tomorrow (Tuesday September 19th) is picture day!
Fantastic job this morning by all of our cross country runners in Odessa! We had 6 runners medal and the middle school boys took 1st place as a team by nearly 30 places! Congratulations team!
Our first Booster Club meeting is on Thursday September 21st at 7:00 in the board room. We can't wait to see you there!
