Quick weather update for our families!
As of now, we plan to have in-person school tomorrow, but we’re keeping a close eye on the weather and roads tonight and early in the morning. Please bundle up—cold temperatures and a little snow are expected.
Should anything change, you’ll hear from us right here first, as well as through our district app, text/call alerts, and the Kansas City news stations.
Stay warm and take care!

Kindergarten has been working on 3D shapes and their attributes this week. Yesterday we used our vocabulary skills to describe and create 3D shapes with playdough and popsicle sticks. We counted faces, vertices, and edges as we built. The task showed our skills in perseverance and patience....but the screams of joy and excitement when they finished a shape was worth it.
