Kansas City Metro Challenger Football League is an organized flag football league for boys and girls ages 5 and up who have special needs. They play in the fall and spring with open enrollment throughout the year. They welcome players from all over the Kansas City Metro area and we will accommodate anyone who wants to play. There is no fee to play or equipment to buy. As long as the parents are willing to travel to the Heritage Park Football Complex, they will give them a wonderful and safe place to play football.
Please check out their website: www.kcmetrochallenger.org to register online, see league details, game schedules, and find contact information.

Shoutout to our amazing student Andrea, who is originally from El Salvador! She brought a taste of her culture to our Foods class by preparing pupusas—a traditional Salvadoran dish that's full of flavor and love. 🧀🌽
Way to go, Andrea! We love seeing our students share their heritage in delicious ways! 💙🍴

Our FACS students put their culinary skills to the test yesterday by crafting delicious and colorful fruit pizzas! 🎨🍕🍉
From slicing fresh strawberries and kiwis to designing their own fruity masterpieces, students learned about nutrition, food prep, and presentation—all while having a blast in the kitchen. 🍇🫐🍊
We’re proud of how they showcased creativity, teamwork, and tasty talent.
