Dear Parents/Guardians,

Families eligible by household income or directly certified to receive free or reduced-price meals through the National School Lunch Program, are eligible for a Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT). This summer benefit provides the student a $120 grocery benefit to purchase nutritious food over the summer months. If your student currently received free or reduced-price meals this school year, his/her information has been submitted to receive the benefit. Families who were not eligible for free or reduced-price meals during the 2024-25 school year, may use the Missouri SuN Bucks Eligibility Navigator at https://mydss.mo.gov/sunbucks-eligibility to see if they are eligible for an application.

🎉 “Anything But a Car/Truck” Day is Rolling In! 🛴🚲🛼🛺 📅 Date: Monday, May 6 🎯 Theme: Arrive in style — just not in a car or truck! It’s time to bring on the creativity and the fun! On May 6, we’re celebrating “Anything But a Car/Truck” Day — a day to ditch the ordinary and roll up in something extraordinary and unique, non-car, non-truck method of transportation! 🚨 Who Can Participate? All students age 16 and up, as well as all faculty and staff, are invited to join the ride. Whether you're cruising on a bike, scooting on a skateboard, or gliding in on skates — if it’s not a car or truck, it’s in! 🚦 Transportation Examples: 🚲 Bicycles, 🛴 Scooters (non-motorized and electric), 🛼 Roller skates or inline skates, 🛹 Skateboards, 🏌️‍♀️ Golf carts, 🚜 Tractors, 🛺 Side-by-sides (UTVs), 🐴 Horseback? Ask first! 🐎, Anything creative, safe, and non-traditional! ✅ Safety First! And 🚨 Important Reminders: Obey all traffic laws and wear the appropriate safety gear, including helmets. Respect all school policies — NO contraband or prohibited items are allowed on school property. Be courteous and cautious around pedestrians and fellow riders. Transportation must remain outside during the school day. Ride at your own risk. The school is absolutely not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues with your vehicle. ☔ Rain Alert!
